Description
The Lentin and Williams Index has been an indispensable tool for those working on fossil dinoflagellates for over half a century.
The 2026 edition has been updated by authors Rob Fensome, Graham Willams and Andrew MacRae to incorporate works on fossil dinoflagellate taxonomy published before the end of 2025.
It is the “official” basis for a new version of the DINOFLAJ database expected to be released shortly.
The 2026 edition of the Index is free of charge, but if you download it, please consider a donation to the AASP Foundation to support student scholarships and short courses if you are able.
